About
Finding focus in the noise
For years, my life was consumed by demanding roles, including my time at Google. I was a master of productivity, always chasing goals yet managing insomnia and emotional eating. My mind was constantly planning, always elsewhere, racing ahead to solve the next problem, leaving little space to simply be present.
Returning to my roots helped me understand that my nervous system was completely dysregulated. Growing up with a mother who was a music teacher, my childhood was filled with music and community. Seeking solutions, I trained in breathwork, sacred sound, and other modalities that reconnected me with natural rhythms. These practices did more than calm my mind; they regulated my nervous system and sharpened my focus. Through my training, I learned that while we are trained extensively on how to think, we are rarely taught how to allow the mind to become still.
The practice of inner stillness
With a background in the Philosophy of Education and training as a Shamanic Practitioner, I'm naturally drawn to creating experiences that empower others. Based in Portmarnock, Dublin, I integrate sacred sound with functional breathwork to restore natural breathing patterns and support nervous system balance. These practices create the foundation for genuine mental clarity, focus, and the ability to observe your thoughts without being identified with them.
My work is an invitation to shift from doing to being, not by forcing the mind to stop, but by creating the conditions where thinking naturally quiets. I hold space to help you move away from internal noise and reconnect with your own awareness beneath the thoughts.
Looking forward to holding the space for you 🤍 Aga
My journey back to sound began with my shamanic drum, followed by the sacred "Eight Corners of Heaven" mirror gong, a beautiful instrument designed by the Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux.
