ABOUT
Inner Pulse began with a question I kept coming back to: What does it actually take for a person to stop?
Not in theory. Not as another wellbeing idea. In the body, in the room, in real life.
I spent several years working in fast-paced product teams, where constant input was part of the day. It taught me how important it is to create space to pause.
Even rest can keep asking something of the brain. To follow, to decide, to stay in control of what it takes in.
We are trained extensively on how to think. We are rarely taught how to allow the mind to become still.
Attention rarely recovers in the same conditions that exhausted it. It needs different conditions.
I'm Aga, a sound practitioner and Oxygen Advantage breathwork instructor. Inner Pulse brings breathwork and live sound sessions to homes, workplaces, schools, and community spaces across Dublin and Ireland.
The practice is mobile by design.
ThE mEthod
Most people arrive at a sound session expecting to lie down and listen. Inner Pulse works differently. Every session begins with breathwork. Slow, quiet, guided. No forceful breathing, nothing effortful. The body responds naturally.
Sound follows once something has already begun to settle.
The instruments are played live in the room. Nothing is recorded or played through a speaker. The sound moves through the space acoustically, so the experience is felt through the body as well as heard.
There is nothing to follow, analyse, or achieve. The breathwork is guided. The sound is received.
Most private and public sessions run 90 minutes. Team Reset sessions are 60 minutes.

Sound has been part of my life since childhood. My mother was a music teacher, so I grew up around instruments, voice, rhythm, and the way sound can change the feeling in a room.
Every instrument in the Inner Pulse collection was chosen deliberately, not for aesthetics or novelty, but for the quality of presence it brings into the room.
The collection centres around large gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, and crystal harp. Some instruments create deep physical vibration. Some bring clarity and brightness. Others offer a softer, more settling tone.
Together, they create a live acoustic environment that is felt through the body as much as heard through the ears.
TraiNiNg aNd practicE
My work draws on training in sound healing, breathwork, and shamanic practice.
I hold an Advanced Master Diploma from the Celtic School of Sound Healing and I am a certified Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor.
Alongside this, I completed eighteen months of practitioner and counsellor training with the Irish School of Shamanic Studies, which informs how I work with both individuals and groups.
Inner Pulse sessions are delivered in community and care settings across Ireland, including ongoing work with disabled adults, as well as teaching sound and mindfulness courses at Malahide Community School.
In their words
“I loved the dance and release at the start. It ignited something in me that had been dormant. The breathwork was the perfect transition into a state of relaxation and safety. During the sound bath, I felt a deep release of energy in different areas and experienced visions and vibrations. Nothing but sound, as gentle as a feather.”
~ Mandy Byrne
“During the session, waves of vibration moved through my body, gently releasing tension. The sounds opened spaces in my mind. And I could feel my energy shifting, settling into a deep, soothing calm.”
~ Justyna Galuszka
“Aga held a beautiful space. Her intuitive playing is natural, healing, and relaxing. She creates a beautiful energy that allows everyone to truly let go and sink into the healing sounds and vibrations.”
