Join us for 2 hours of restorative sound and calming breathwork. A dedicated space to practice the skill of quieting the "thinking mind."
This session offers a calm, held space to switch off your thinking mind, gently arrive into your body, and surrender into the therapeutic frequencies of sound.
Held at the Irish School of Shamanic Studies, this is a small group session, limited to 15 participants to ensure a focused and restorative environment for everyone. It is a dedicated space to move away from internal noise and reconnect with your own inner rhythm.
Calming Breathwork: The session begins with gentle arrival practices and conscious breathwork to help you settle, ground into the space, and prepare the body for rest.
Sacred Sound Bath: You'll be guided into an extended sound bath journey with therapeutic sound frequencies - an opportunity to switch off your thinking mind and move from thinking to feeling.
Your Comfort Kit
Because we will be lying still for an extended period, your physical comfort is the priority. As body temperature drops during deep relaxation, we recommend creating a "nest" to stay warm and fully cushioned.
Please bring:
Layered Padding: A yoga mat plus a blanket to lie on
Warmth: A cozy blanket to cover yourself and warm socks
Optional: A pillow for your head, a cushion for under your knees, an eye mask to help you go deeper inward
Arrival: Doors open 15 minutes before we begin. We invite you to arrive early to settle in and mindfully set up your space. To maintain the peaceful container of the session, we are unable to admit late arrivals once the journey has begun.
Parking: Mill Lane Car Park is just a few minutes' walk away, around the corner from the centre.
