Join us for a 90-minute sound bath with guided meditation, held in a quiet treatment room setting in Maynooth.
This is a small group session designed to help you step away from constant thinking and settle into a deeper state of rest.
Through a combination of guided meditation and extended sound, you are invited to slow down and allow the mind to quiet naturally.
Guided Meditation
We begin with a short guided meditation to help you settle into the space, arrive into the body, and prepare for rest.
Sound Bath
You will then be guided into an extended sound bath using therapeutic sound. This is a space to switch off from doing and allow yourself to rest.
Small group setting
This session is limited to 10 people to keep the space calm and personal.
Your Comfort Kit
You will be lying down for most of the session, so comfort is important.
Please bring:
Something soft to lie on (yoga mat, blanket, or similar)
A warm blanket to cover yourself
Optional: pillow, cushion for under knees, eye mask
Water (recommended)
Arrival: Doors open 15 minutes before we begin. We invite you to arrive early to settle in and mindfully set up your space. To maintain the peaceful container of the session, we are unable to admit late arrivals once the journey has begun.
Parking: Please use the spaces marked G, which are designated for Unit G where The Treatment Room is located.
