Public sEssioNs

Inner Pulse public sessions are open to everyone. You arrive, find your space, and lie down. Each session begins with breathwork. Slow, quiet, guided. No forceful breathing, nothing effortful. Then live sound.

A carefully chosen space, a small group, and ninety minutes that ask nothing of you. Sessions run monthly at two regular venues: The Treatment Room in Maynooth & The Irish School of Shamanic Studies in Castlebar.

Spaces are limited. Booking is through Eventbrite.

CommuNity EducatioN

Alongside Inner Pulse sessions, Aga teaches two evening courses at Malahide Community School. These are community education courses, separate from Inner Pulse private and public sessions, and are booked directly through the school.

MINDFULNESS: BEING HERE, NOT JUST IN YOUR HEAD

Inner Pulse Community Education

An 8-week course for anyone who feels caught up in thinking, finds it hard to switch off, or is curious about mindfulness but doesn't know where to start.

Rather than trying to stop thoughts, the course explores how to relate to them differently and return to a simpler awareness of what is here. Each week includes a guided mindfulness practice, a short introduction to the week's theme, and simple ways to bring the practice into daily life. No experience needed. The emphasis is on experience rather than getting it right.
