WhEN youR tEam fiNally stops, do thEy actually stop?
Most people already know they need a break. They eat lunch at their desk. They skip the walk. They keep going. Not because they do not value rest, but because stopping often feels like the risk when there is always something else waiting.
Modern work runs on continuous input: messages, meetings, decisions, and task switching.
When a company provides the pause, nobody has to feel guilty about taking it.

INNER PULSE TEam REsEt
A STRUCTURED PAUSE FROM CONTINUOUS INPUT
Team Reset is a 60-minute guided session brought into your workplace.
It combines breathwork and live sound to create a protected pause from workplace input.
The purpose is simple: to create a reset point in the working day where the team is no longer expected to process messages, meetings, decisions, or tasks.
WHY ORGANISATIONS USE TEAM RESET
Most organisations already offer wellbeing tools. The challenge is not access.
It is that people rarely stop during the working day long enough to use them.
People do not usually fail to rest because they do not understand it. They fail because they must choose it in the moment.
A Team Reset removes that decision. It gives the team a clear, structured pause within the working day.
THE PROBLEM WITH “PUSHING THROUGH”
When attention is tired, people often reach for stimulation. Caffeine, quick snacks, inbox checking, and scrolling between meetings.
These can keep the system active, but they do not reduce cognitive load.
Recovery requires something different: a break from continuous input.
Team Reset creates that break through breathwork and live sound.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION
The session opens with guided breathwork. Slow, nasal, quiet. It signals to the nervous system that nothing urgent is happening.
Then live sound.
Acoustic instruments fill the room. There is no playlist, no screen, and no instruction to keep up with.
Unlike a song, there is no melody to anticipate, no emotional story being told. The sound is played slowly and deliberately, creating a non-verbal space where nothing needs to be answered, tracked, or interpreted.
60 minutes total. Brought to your workplace.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
No sharing. No discussion. No forced team building. No performance.
Nothing to prepare. Nothing to get right.
WHAT YOU NEED
A quiet room with enough space for the group. People can sit on chairs or lie down if they prefer.
Aga brings the instruments and leads the session from start to finish.

About Aga
Aga is a sound practitioner and Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor.
She spent several years at Google where constant input was simply part of the day.
Today, her work creates conditions where people can actually stop. In a working day shaped by meetings, messages, and decisions, attention rarely gets a true pause. Team Reset was created for that gap.
Inner Pulse sessions combine breathwork first, then live sound, and are delivered across Ireland in workplaces, community settings, and care organisations.
